Professional and personal service 1/21/2014

Electronics Professionals added in speakers with surround sound and put in an alarm system for fire and carbon monoxide. All the guys were personable. Any questions that I had, I could call at nine on a Saturday night and they would answer and talk me through it which was really great. more

Electronics Professionals LLC were pretty good, and they provided customer service that was fine. I do think they just have some things they need to work out, as far as fixing issues the first time. There are currently some glitches in the security lighting, audio, and TV system they installed for us. We have had problems with one of the three remotes. The lighting also needs to be configured in a way that makes it flawless. more

The sound system will outshine the artwork on your wall! 9/18/2013

I had a complex system that I didn't even know what to look for when it came time to set it up. When I called up Electronics Professionals, LLC., they asked all of the right questions in order to figure out what I needed. During the installation, they constantly asked if it was exactly what I wanted. If I even hinted that I didn't like something, they changed it and made it right. The crew was very polite, so I felt comfortable with the crew in my house while I wasn't home. The system came out beautifully. Now when I have visitors, they don't ask about the artwork on my walls, they ask me where I got my sound system! I always tell them how happy I was with my experience with Electronics Professionals. I would recommend them to everyone. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want because almost everything is customize-able during the installation! more

Highly recommended 8/20/2013

First time I used Electronics Professionals, I had them work on my personal home then other homes that I build. Stereo surround sound systems in three areas and speakers around swimming pools and outdoor patios as well as some camera systems. Electronics Professionals, LLC were very knowledgeable of the products that they have, not just James, but also the other guys that work there. They are willing to help you out and told me to call anytime I had any issues, even if it was at night. I did end up calling a couple of times at night and they were very responsive. Keith White more

We met with them as we were building our new house as to what kind of audio equipment we wanted to include. They were very enthusiastic and cutting edge on their available technology. They made appropriate recommendations for us and were not pushy. They let us settle on what we thought we needed, and kept it open for us to expand later if we wanted to upgrade. more

Revamped our old audio system 6/3/2013

Electronics Professionals LLC has set up a new system and revamped an old system-updating it with new controllers and music ports. We are very satisfied with the work they have done in our home and would highly recommend them. more

Professionals with reasonable prices 5/21/2012

Electronics Professionals came in and corrected a lot of the damage caused by lightening. They fixed the things that had been damaged and once they were here I asked to have a camera system and sound system added. Their work is great and they did a great job with the repairs. I definitely recommend them. more
