Thanks Craig! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate, you fixing my big screen. I spent a lot of money on this television, when it was new and didn't want to replace it. I had several other people out here to look at, only to get the run around. You seemed very knowledgable about my set and had it working the same day. My wife called Electronic Wizard to get an estimate for my Sony which was having projection problems… she was getting tired of my complaining about the TV which was less than a year old. One of the repairmen then came in the same day to take a look it, told us what the problem was, and gave us a very good deal as the estimate. He then took the TV to his shop (no small feat… 40”) and it was repaired the next day. It feels good to know that there are still honest shops that just get the job done and don’t try to screw you over for money. more

Restricted brand list 10/9/2009

I dropped off a battery powered PA system for them to inspect & repair. Slightly more than 25 hours later they called me to say that they don't work on that brand. When I asked what was wrong, they said they didn't know because they don't work on that brand. Do not think that they will fix something of yours unless it's on their lists of brands! They could have at least told me that they weren't going to even look at that same day. Cons: Accepting items that they will not even examine. more
