We had ES look at a TV in our office which had poor picture quality in May. When they came to pick it up, my cowrkers had the carry the 52 inch TV downstairs to them. They would not come in and pick it up. Same thing when it was returned. Several months after it being returned we noticed that the external speakers that are supposed to be on the TV were not there (we normally run a computer through it, and rarely use sound, so we did not notice the speakers were missing right away). ES never returned them! I called twice and was told someone would call me back that day and let me know if they still had it (they didn't). Finally someone contacted us saying that they had the speaker, and we could come get it. They had our speaker sitting around for 5 months, and never thought to see who it belonged to! And then they didn't even offer to deliver and install the speaker that THEY never gave back to us! We asked them to drop it off, which they did, but the delivery man made me leave the office (on the 27th floor) to run down to the curb to pick it up because he didn't want to park his car. After all that, we have the speaker back, but the TV needs to be taken apart to properly fasten it back into place, which ES should have offered to do, since they're the ones who took it apart and kept the speaker in the first place. We'll be contacting another service company to have the speaker reinstalled. The whole experience was a total waste of time and $$$.
