While the technicians are generally pleasant and appears to want to fix the heating problem, the work has thus far been pricey and inconsistent. The receptionist in particular lacks professionalism, comes across a bit self righteous and rude. Very frustrating experience. more

Don't use them! 10/24/2011

This is horrible company. Stay away from them as they are a total rip off! There fix costed me even more money with a repitable company. Terrible!!!!! more
