I placed my order online. I was so frustrated I could cry. Apparently if they can not fill your order they will not tell you and just ship it any way. BUT they don't tell you this on there website. SO... you must know there shipping policies? I ended up paying 11 dollars in shipping on a 10 dollar pair of shoes! Because they couldn't send my second pair. They would not give me a break on the shipping for this order or on an aditional order of shoes. I really needed these shoes for an event and wanted to order replacement pair so I would have something. Apparently they don't really want my business. There customer service wasted my time didn't get back to me and didn't read my emails I sent. They didn't try and understand me or what I needed. I ended up not having what I needed for my event even though I was ordering these 4 weeks in advance. When I finally did get a hold of someone on the phone they were willing to do NOTHING to make it better, NOTHING. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Oh and the one pair of shoes I ended up paying way too much for when they did come where discolored from being a hot warehouse for goodness knows how long.. sad really.
