Ever since we moved in this place it has been nothing but a headache! It was like signing our lives away to this place. Constant letters to fix things even got one to rake the lea...

I have lived in Eldorado Estates for almost 6 years. Sorry, I cannot agree with all the above reviews. Yes, they do have rules and will send out reminders to get things done. We moved here because it is a well kept park and the location is great. We feel safe here. Sorry that with all Connie, the mgr. has on her plate, doesn't get more nice things said. more

Wish we had never moved in!!!!!!!!!! 3/5/2012

Ever since we moved in this place it has been nothing but a headache! It was like signing our lives away to this place. Constant letters to fix things even got one to rake the leavess with snow on the ground! And the manager is discrimitory to people with children! Now since were trying to sell the home we own the manager says we can not move it out! We cant even sell the home we own! We are now getting ready to talk to a lawer about this mess. This place knows how to scam people and ruin there lives! The lady on the next street got evicted cause of the color she painted her house! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! more

Manager is rudest person I have ever met... 6/6/2011

Connie the manager of the subdivision is without a doubt one of the rudest people that I have ever met in my entire life. No matter what you are coming in to do, or talk to her about she is sour, surly and just downright antagonistic. How she has managed to keep her job is beyond my comprehension. Is there any doubt as to why so many lots have remained vacant for literally years. more

WOW,Couldnt Believe it,I went in the mgr office to get some info on purchasing one of their homes for sale.The manager (a women) completely b-t-ched ME OUT for stopping in without an appointment,,SHE LITERALLY BLEW MY A-- OUT THE DOOR,,NO WAY WAS I GOING TO SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH SOMEONE AS ABUSIVE AS HER..good luck to those that already have! more

LIVED HERE FOR A LIL OVER 5 YEARS. SEWAGE PIPES ARE BAD THRU OUT PARK AND MANAGER TRIES EVERYTHING TO PUT BLAME AND COST ON TENANTS. MANAGER IS ALWAYS ANGRY AND BITTER TOWARDS ALL WHO LIVE HERE. I WAS WOUNDED IN IRAQ AND WAS LATE WITH A PAD RENT CHECK AND MY MOTHER CAME TO TAKE CARE OF IT WAS CHASTISED AND TOLD I NEED TO QUIT USEIN THE IRAQ EXCUSE AND GET MY PAY IN SOON. BLANKET CLEAN OR ELSE MAINTENCE SHEETS ARE ALWAYS THERE ON YOUR DOOR OR IN YOUR MAILBOX. POOL WATCHER GUY LIKES TO YELL AT THE KIDS.. LOL HIM AND I DONT SEE EYE TO EYE. Good Park, But Crappy Manager 9/5/2007

The chick in the office Connie needs to stop being ignorant and get over herself and stop thinking she's better than everyone. Since the day we filled out the application and got approved she has been acting like a very ignorant person and everyone in the park talks badly about her. I feel sorry for the new people moving in. There needs to be hopefully one day a way to go up over her and speak to someone in charge like the actual owner of the park. Pros: the cleaness of the park Cons: the manager in the office more
