I came to this dealership this Saturday curious about this local dealership. I hadn't made up my mind about anything and hadn't test driven any cars yet, but I came in with the intent to buy a vehicle. I was greeted by Derrick, a salesperson with minimal experience. He seemed earnest, but I was never asked about my needs, goals, what I was trying to do - just was kind of jammed into a 'what's your credit like' conversation. Mind you I have great credit. and I would have bought a vehicle if I had not been treated like a rube by Derrick and his sales management team. Hopefully, they will be able to recognize that customers shouldn't be treated like they're clueless about the values of cars, trade-ins, or credit simply because they buy a car every five years. The occasion of buying a car should not become an opportunity to ""fleece the unexpecting;"" many of us have been down that road a few times and are wiser for it.
