H. Todd Whatley is a partner with the law office of the Elder Law Practice of Whatley & White, PLLC* His area of practice focuses on wills and trusts, probate and long term care planning with an emphasis on Medicaid issues. He received a Governor's appointment to the Arkansas Independent Living Council, and has been a physical therapist for over 13 years working with patients in nursing homes and home health. Mr. Whatley earned his B.S. degree from the University of Central Arkansas and his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
