Low Lights 12/6/2011

I had recently been in for a pedicure and haircut. I wasn't happy with the end result of the hair cut and wanted a couple of places trimmed further and I wanted to add some low lights to my hair. The service was excellent as always, I was a bit taken aback with the price of the low lights. I was in and out in less than an hour and was told that I was not charged for the few hairs that were trimmed. My bill was $76! If I add the cost of a hair cut to that amount, I doubt I will be having my hair colored on a regular basis. more

MOVING - WHAT A HASSLE! 12/4/2011

I RECENTLY MOVED INTO THE AREA AND TRIED SEVERAL SALONS. I WAS DELIGHTED TO FIND ELAYNE JAMES TO BE SO FRIENDLY AND USING THE PRODUCTS I HAD BEEN FAMILIAR WITH PREVIOUSLY. I'M NOW HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A NEW HAIR CARE FACILITY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! more

Massages, highlights, color - try it here! 11/23/2011

I leave Elayne James smiling and relaxed every time I go. My stylist listens to me and makes me feel like a million bucks when I walk out! The compliments I receive afterwards keep me beaming. I had a massage here that left me feeling like jello and I am usually as tense as a rock! Thank You! more

My sons experience with Brittney K! 11/23/2011

My son Ryan, 2 yrs old has a beautiful full head of hair that many find difficult to cut/style. Not Brittney! She took the time to learn the qwerks of his hair and cut it very nice into a way it'll grow out nice too! Which was our goal! more

I have been going here for years and love it! Jess B. is so talented! I have never been disappointed with my hair when I leave. I receive so many compliments about my color and highlights! The staff is always friendly and helpful! You can't go wrong with Elayne James esp if you see Jess B. more

Shannon gave me an manicure and pedicure. Both were wonderful and Shannon was super personal, professional and gave me great service. Kellie did my hair in lots of curls. I was very nervous, i didn't want it to look like a prom-do. It turned out beautiful, I wore the style all weekend. more

Overall Experience 11/20/2011

Have been going to this salon for over a year and am extremely satisified. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. I am equally satisified with the stylist who cuts my hair and manages to get it right every time. I recently referred a new customer to you and thought I was entitled to a discount when I checked out. I received no discount. I am wondering if your policies have changed? more

Valerie is one of the best providers of nail care. I have never had a bad experience with her nor my nails. I have heard horrid stories re: people who get their nails done elsewhere and I tell them about Elayne James Salons in Middletown and Greenville. I love coming to Elayne James, your staff is very knowledgeable in all products and very appreciated by me. more

swell trim - nice people 11/18/2011

I've been coming to EJS for the last several months and have been exceptionally pleased with the service and finished look of my haircut by Ryan. He is very skilled and does what is requsted. Also, Hanna is a fun person and very nice to assist him, too. Front desk girls are pleasant and easy going as well. It is a nice place to come out looking your best! more

I had a massage for the first time with Jen. She was very professional and informative. Her massage was very relaxing and the whole environment of the room was wonderful. The bed was heated which allowed me to start relaxing more quickly. I was surprised with how quiet it was in the room with all the activity going on in the Salon. more
