Really wanted to support a local Northside business - found their ""policy and procedures"" to be extremely inflexible. I wanted to set a time to drop of my computer to update the harddrive so that I could be apart from it as little as possible being that I am a phographer and need to edit. They refused to allow that to happen and in fact I could either drop it off and it sits there until they get to it or I can pay a $40 expiditing fee for them to work on it more quickly. Not even a little efficient for someone running a business. Needless to say I took it elsewhere. more

We count on Elan to keep the technology of our 30+ person company running. Not only to they provide great service on our Macs, but the have a team of really knowledgeable people to handle our Server and Network needs. We have been using them for over 2 years without issue and the fact that they offer pick up and drop off is an added bonus! more

Slow and Rude! 8/18/2010

I asked them to repair my laptop for me and it took over 3 weeks to get back when it was a simple fix that was only supposed to take a few days. They would never call me to give me updates and when I called in they would be very rude to my simple questions. The whole experience was frustrating! more
