The receptionist and the nurse practitioner were very friendly. I was a new patient here and so I scheduled an appointment. I wasn't seen until 1.5 hours later, on a Monday during the day. I had a toddler with me, which I feel I entertained quite well for 1.5 hours. The doctor came out a few times, but didn't smile or say a word, even though we were the only ones in the office. Instead, when my toddler decided to lay on the floor for no more than 10 seconds (this is after an hour of waiting and entertaining my toddler), the doctor says, ""you really shouldn't let him lay on the floor,"" to which I simply smile and he says, ""no really."" Like I'm an idiot mother that doesn't know it's not a good idea for her child to be on the floor of a doctor office. Doesn't say anything else. Not friendly, not concerned about the wait, and certainly not understanding of the circumstances. I'm happy to have gotten my prescription from the nurse practitioner, because I don't know what I would have said to the doctor. I won't be returning, that's for sure.
