Don't Eat at EL Vaquero 8/30/2009

We went to the Sun Center location but that wasn't listed. Aside from the Christmas music playing in August the decor was not too bad but the contempt that the staff had for the customers was obvious. The waiter was barely attentive. The food was so greasy that I actually was sick that night from the grease. There was no where near enough beans on the plate (why be stingy with beans? They are cheap!) I will not go back and I do not like rude staff. I will not go to any of the locations and they should be shut down. Cons: Greasy Food, disrespectful staff more

Check your order! 8/16/2007

I am very disappointed in how I was treated tonight. I got a take out order and when I got home part of the order was missing. When I called them to complainI got the standard ""come back."" Well I wasn't about to drive another 20 minutes so I asked for a credit on my bill. They refussed! I was told they would make an adjustment the next time I ate there. I told them that was unacceptable. Pros: Nice bronze horse outside. Cons: In my opinion, they are too busy to handle the customer properly. more

A little gem 6/18/2004

I continue to go back again and again. The margaritas are superb and the food presentation is much better than their Vaquera and El Vaguera counterpars [with the same menu]. Staff is very friendly and just a fun time. Pros: Margaritas, Staff , Friendly more
