El Toro Animal Hospital

I'm very new to the area and had no idea where to take my dog. I read some reviews and decided on this place. Because my dog is a new patient, he got a free check-up! They also give free second opinions if you print the coupon off their website.Soooo glad I did! Since I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was amazing. I passed up the building because I didn't see it, the building is kind of hiding off to the side of El Toro Rd. I called because I couldn't find the place and she was still very nice and helped me find it. The Building's outside is full of character, and Everybody was super nice! The Veterinarian, Fred Saad, D.V.M. was very soothing and informative. He took his time with Brodie and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. The Assistants were great. My dog wagged his tail the whole time with their staff even after shots! My dog will need surgery soon so we will be back for blood work and x-rays and medication. I was happy with their prices also! They are definitely not out to gouge you for money. I highly, highly recommend El Toro Animal Hospital, I'm and so happy we have found our new vet!! If you are looking for a vet, don't look elsewhere!! Thank you! more

Our dog was given a clean bill of health and now our Family Member is in Heaven...What happened??? last week we took our baby in (9 yrs old) to have him checked for a rumbling sound and blood test for diabetes and xray and they said hes in good shape..they said he needed his teeth cleaned and appt was set for Dec 17th..but on the night of the 16th our baby got really sick and had to go to urgent care for congested heart failure and the rumbling sound was his lungs with fluid ..Now Our Dog is Gone..DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: I have none Cons: Lied to Us about his tests... more
