The food at E.T.G. is abundant, fresh and elegantly served. A chicken enchilada, for example, has large chunks of chicken breast - not some mush of undetermined meat fibers. This is typical of the attitude of the kitchen and staff - to please the customer by giving the best value possible. I hope this restaurant is successful and stays at this location for a long time. It's the only place of it's category in the Encino/Sherman Oaks area. Also, for those who like Casa Vega in Studio City, this is a big, big step up from C.V.. Surprisingly, the prices appear to me to be substantially lower at E.T.G. than Casa Vega across the board! E.T.G is a great food value overall.
