Best Glucose Meter offered Contour USB 11/15/2011

Friendly service and very engaged in my discussion around diabetes. I was looking for the best glucose meter to meet my needs. The Contour USB by Bayer was recommended. Pharmacist shared with me that it allows me to mark my readings before and after I eat and has a post meal reminder alarm for me to test 2 hrs after I eat. I now better understand how food impacts my glucose readings. It downloads software right onto my computer to manage my readings, I then print and take to doctors visit. Great experience, as I am now a loyal customer. more

Wonderful, Locally Owned Pharmacy 11/29/2005

El Tejon Pharmacy is an excellent pharmacy, offering much more than your national chain stores. At El Tejon, the staff is friendly and always welcoming. They take many types of Insurances, and prescriptions are usually ready in less than one hour if needed same day. Bonus extras include delivery service of prescriptions and my favorite, drive-up window!!! In sum, El Tejon is an inexpensive and convenient way to get your prescription drugs. Only disadvantage: limited hours compared to a national chain drugstore. PROS: Drive thru window!!! Delivery service. CONS: Limited hours of operation more

Great customer service, privately owned 11/12/2005

This pharmacy accepts most insurances and has excellent customer service. The store recently moved to a newer and larger building right down the street. If you need assistance in picking up your medication they will also deliver it to you. more
