El Tapatio was sold about a year ago, and is now El Agave. Food is superb and kind of unusual for Mexican in this area, as the owner is from Nayarit rather than Jalisco, as most local Mexican places are.\r
Seafood is featured, and the place, foodwise, borders on gourmet, with things like fish stuffed with crab.\r
The bad is that they are sometimes not open when they're supposed to be, close when they feel like it.
Pros: Incredible food!
Cons: Hours are unpredictable and not as posted.
