El Sol de Mexico has excellent, traditional Mexican food. The menu is extensive, but everything runs heavily towards cheese, there is little for a vegetarian (and nothing for a vegan). The Cheese Crispi is a tasty appetizer. The Chile Relleno is disappointing, made from canned chiles and not as fluffy as the best. Everything is uniformly bland, there must be a lot of cans in the kitchen. Service is attentive and friendly.
