I'm vegetarian and this is the only place I can find that doesn't use lard in all of their cooking. I love El Saltos' and recommend it to people a lot. Also, the Poblano Rellenos are fantastic! more

Good Mexican food! 1/26/2012

I LOVE El Salto food. The daily special, Tilapia a la Italia was SO delicious! The fish was grilled and slightly crisp which gave it an amazing flavor with the special sauce drizzled on top. The pasta served with the dish had a perfect texture and the rice was very flavorful. The service was excellent and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in town. more
