well if u want to have fun in a mexican clun this would be the place, but it does have it sucky weekends i am more of an english clubber but from time to time i like to have some mexican fun i been there and is not all that i would agree with the rest of the ppl that have left comments here when they say the drinks are expensive and their rite not even HOLLYWOOD has a fee like that and their not grade a bartenders they have their. but anyways from my point of view... one more thing any other club will have a g-list this club is expensive they dont even do that is like free before like 7 come on how messed up can they get plz rodeo get your promo rite! thanks.. more

don't go!! 2/17/2010

okay so it was a Saturday night and i went to this El Rodeo club in Pico Rivera, personally i thought it really sucked, some gangster guys were trying to start a fight with my brother and I, the parking was expensive and that night SUCKED, it was 40 dollars to get in, it was Jorge Gamboa as the special guest singer, water was five dollars!! not even in the Hollywood clubs water is that expensive, and last and worst of all THEY SELL FOOD IN THE RESTROOM, how disgusting can that get, oh and another thing.. i had to dance with some old ladies just so that i could say i danced, all the other girls even the fat ones said they didn't want to dance, worst club ever!!! Pros: live music Cons: horrible environment, well at least when I went! more

Great Wednesday Night(yes Wednesday) 10/22/2008

So I was listening to the radio(que buena) and heard a commercial for El Rodeo night club. I thought to myself its wednesday night so I dont think its popping but gave it a try. Ladies were free all night and guys were free before 9:30. Parking was five dollars and security will not allow you to park in the several public parking spaces next door that are free. As I was walking in there was people being turned away because of the dress code, I thought to myself wow they enforce the dress code even on Wednesdays. Drinks are really expensive with beers at $6 and water at $5. The night I went they had what they call "concurso de pierna" which is a contest they have to see what lady has the most attractive body. It ends up to be a free five minute strip club which for guys its a plus. Music was good all night with bands playing and the dj mixing it up as well. For a Wednesday night there was plenty of people which meant plenty of ladies. Overall had a great time. Pros: Dress Code enforment, Free entrance before 9:30, Free peep show Cons: Costly drinks, Parking, more

GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A BLAST!!! 11/5/2007

El Rodeo de Pico Rivera is a great place to be at!!! i celebrated my 21st birthday there and it was a great experience. I was there during the filming of Collateral the movie Tom Cruise took part in 2004 and many more movies have been filmed there. you dont see people fighting there or big drama everything is in order and everyone is nice. Try it out. Pros: parking Cons: smoking more

Extremely Expensive, Rude Employees 10/8/2007

I went out to celebrate my birthday at this club and it was a disaster. The entrance fee is expensive, the waitresses are rude, and the drinks are overpriced and watered-down. There are better class clubs that are much more reasonable. Definitely do not reccomend. Pros: Parking Cons: Overpriced more

  • In Short
Famous musicians such as Los Tigres del Norte and Los Tucanes de Tijuana have played the stage at this always-packed, neon-lit nightclub. With other famous headliners playing almost every week, this "East Los" club knows how to lasso in the crowds. The music being played by musicians fully garbed in cowboy hats and boots may not be too familiar to some, but it's always danceable. Once your feet start to ache, take a seat at the adjacent restaurant and order a $1 beer and some Mexican favorites, like chicken enchiladas--it's not too often you can say that, now is it?
