Well, if you advertise 1/2 of appetizers Mon 4pm-8pm and I arrive with two others at 4:30pm I expect to get the offer. If you discontinued the special, you may want to update your website!!! We asked for the manager since she did not understand us. We showed her the website and she was still saying, ""yep, but we don?t offer that anymore. I am telling you know!!"" Your telling me now, I already ate the platter (60% of it, FYI ADD SOME DARN SALT TO YOUR FOOD!!) Two tables were occupied at the time I arrived, but service took foooooooooooorever!! She was rude and not aware of customer service. Oh, about the manager, he never made it to talk to his customers. They said he was ""busy"". Really, tables were empty. You lost me and my family as a customer. more

Best authentic mexican food in town, and their daily specials are great, such as the 99 cent margaritas special!!!! more

My family comes here all the time and it is always good. The service is always good, and the food is prompt. Most people that are complaining about this place are crying about their .99 cent margaritas, and someone said try the 9 dollar margaritas at La paloma (I have been to this place and not impresed) please, thats like saying their burgers are bad but you can get this great filet at this other place which is excellent. They have great cadillacs too, I know because I get them instead of the 99 CENT ones. Pros: consistently good more

WOW.......Went in with wife to try their $.99 Margaritas and they were pretty good for the money. You know their made in a big bucket so God only knows how much Tequila is in them. 1st time we went we each had 3 and a appetizer (food was bad)but hey the drinks were cheap, no problem. I took my parents and my sister in on a Friday and we paid full pop for the drinks, but hey it's only a few minutes from home so what the heck (we were there 45 Mins. and my dad tipped the bartender $20.00). The 3rd time their the wife and I sit down and order their $.99 drinks. After 2 they tell us we must order food or no more $.99 drinks. What? it does not say that anywhere. The guy said his boss said no mas without buying food. Will NEVER go back and will tell EVERYONE how BAD it is. Go to La Paloma and get one of their Cadillacs. They cost $9.00 but they taste great and that's all you will need. La Paloma's food is also very,very good as well with great service and a great owner who is nice to everyone. Visited on the promise of authentic Mexican food and surprisingly good 99 cent margaritas. Asked the host if it was O.K. to eat at the bar, he said yes. Sat at the bar with the intention of ordering food once our friend arrived. We ordered an appetizer and a round of drinks but after 20 minutes the bartender asked us if we were ""really"" saving the seat for someone because he couldn't keep turning people away. The only person who had arrived after we sat down was a lone man who grudgingly asked my wife if he could ""rent"" the seat after she said our friend would be arriving soon, apparently good enough to kick us off the bar. We moved, our friend arrived within 5 minutes, nobody took our seats at the bar and the food was dried out garbage. To no surprise I never saw the bartender mix a single drink, it all comes from a malt liquor mix. more

Well went tonight for Dinner, their were four at our table to start with, and then add two. We choose to go for their $0.99 Margarita special that ends at 8pm. When we arrived we were sat immediately. But we did not receive any service for at least 15minutes. The only person that approached us was the busboy that brought the table water and chips and salsa. Normally when we have gone to this restaurant we have received great service. When our extra two showed up we switched tables to accommodate the two extra people I asked to speak with the manager and was directed to the front of the restaurant, instead of the manger coming to the table. I told him what had happened and shortly there after our server was at the table taking drink orders. Mind you we have now been at the table for over 20minutes, first interaction with someone. The manager then came back and asked me to come to the front. He then informed me that the host and busboy denied that we had been there for 15 minutes and that I was basically lieing when I spoke with him the first time. Then on top of that he told me I should be understanding in that they were busy and bated me to come back on a Sunday because the service was better then. Well of course the service would be better on a dead night, no drink specials then. Needless I won't be returning to this restaurant. I just isn't worth it. Don Jose it will be from now on. This place is great Monday thaey have 1/2 off appitizers and $1.49 margaritas, and tuesday-thursday they have $.99 margaritas, there food is kind of ricy though. Pros: great drinks Cons: bad service more
