I went here expecting not-much and was still disappointed. First of all, the food sucks, just goto taco-bell or something if you want at least fake mexican food. Secondly, this place isn't clean! Found a few hairs in my food. You know what, I am not going to go any further, you have been warned! I just hate el pollo loco, it is the worst kind of food you can eat. more

Needs New Management 8/20/2005

This spot hand down sucks big time. What use to be a cool little spot to grab some good quick food in a hurry is now on my list of fast food spots not to eat at. This place is too slow and they get my order mixed up i go.They do too much chit chatting which delays your order. Stay far away from the salsa bar and soda machine area it's always a mess. more
