We frequent the El Paso on Centralia Rd because we love the food. The chili relanos could be a bit bigger but other than that, the food is great. Prices very reasonable also. Two things we have never liked about this El Paso AND the one on Midlothian Tnpke. is most of the staff are not very friendly AND very few of them speak English.......can't understand it either. On many occasions, we'll ask for something, they'll shake their head like they understood, and nothing we asked for comes our way til we search up a staff member that understands English. If they don't understand what we say, the managers should tell them to get another staff member that is better with English. NonEnglish workers SHOULD NOT BE WAITERS AND WAITRESSES in America where we speak English.\r

One thought here for the unfriendliness of the staff is: it brings a question to my mind whether the managers are so tough on the employees that they don't WANT them to be friendly. Maybe they don't figure they have time to be friendly as it may take a few bucks out of their pockets if they don't work like slaves every moment. Makes me wonder.
Pros: good food and prices
Cons: unfriendly staff
