I dont eat there any more, I had more bad experiences then good. Wating forever for meals, wrong orders no drink service ect. ect. I even e. mailed the owner, he did nothing. With so many good mexican restaurents in Commerce City and Denver, do yourself a favor and go else where! I wouldent return if the meal was free! The food is always great, prepared correctly and tasty. The green chilli is to die for. I always go for the hot but even the mild is full of flavor. The best Mexican restaurant in Denver with out a doubt. more

This is where business gets done. Go in on any given week day for lunch and you can see lots of local business men and community leaders. Thats because the food is awesome and the service is great. The ownership is always trying to reach out to the patrons to make sure their experience is better than expected. In Denver Metro Area it is the best Mexican food around. All they need is some cliff divers, a dancing gorilla, Black Barts Cave, and all you can eat sopapilla's and you got yourself a destination restraunt. Friends of ours told us about El Jardin months ago. However, since it was in Commerce City we never went. Finally my mother in law took us and it was worth the drive. We had rellenitos for an appetizer and they were great. I never had anything like them. The lime margartias were great. Service was above average and dining room was very clean. We will be back soon! This is my favorite place for a mexican food in the Denver area. We eat there regularly and always can count on the best quality for the price and flavor. My family disagrees what to eat beef, pork, bean and beef but ,we are all happy with the burritos we get at El Jardins. We can eat anything on the menu and know we are going to get great flavor and quality.The value, quality, and flavor can't be beat. We take all our friends to eat at El Jardins and they continue to go back too. The staff are so friendly, the owners are involved with the guests and try to please in every way possib;e. Well here I go, you want great mexican food, well head on over to El Jardin in Commerce City, It has the best of everything, burritos, margaritas, rice and beans, menudo, oh and the carne asada is the best . . . and let me mention that their tea is the best around. If you want a GREAT mexican meal with outstanding service this is the place to go! Not only is the food the best Mexican food I have ever, it's also the cleaniest place we have ever been too. We went out last night for the first time because of the previous reviews. The food was excellent, however, what stood out more than anything was the 49oz. Jumbo Margaritas we had. My buddies brought me down to El Jardin and I told them they were crazy to pay $8 for a steak burrito, when we go down the street and get one for five bucks. But after tasting El Jardin's ""hot"" green chile with a steak an avocado burrito, heck I would pay $10 for it. This was the hottest and best green chile I ever had. No more santiagos for me! We started going to El Jardin over 6 years ago and they continue to keep us happy. We recently had a large party with many different tickets, coupons, payment methods and our waitress was unbelievable! Patient and thorough and just a lot of fun...she was super sweet! It was Father's Day and El Jardin helped to make it a great day for THREE VERY special dads. Every order was right (as usual) and all the food was excellent (again, as usual). They even kept up with my 10 year old son's growing appetite and his love of their chips and salsa. WOW! I grew up in So. Cal and I had a restaurant that I used to go to for Chile Rellenos (soft, not crispy). I moved here and immediately began my search. I judge EVERY Mexican restaurant by their Chile Rellenos. I ate at El Jardin about 6 months ago and it ended my search. I actually hugged the hostess when I left because I was so happy that I finally found it. The only problem, if you could call it that is I only get to taste the other yummies by eating off my husband's plate! Also, I have never had bad or unfriendly service and ever since our server had us sign up for the frequent guest card, I feel like I am a part of a big family (one that eats really well!) I have been a mexican food lover since I can remember, my first two dogs names were Taco and Quesadilla!! I have never been disappointed with the wide selection of food at El Jardin. I am a bit of a picky eater, so I am always a little cautious when I eat in a restaurant. I never know if they will accommodate my requests. El Jardin never even blinks an eye at my requests and they always get it right! They have a wonderful choice of kids meals too, which is important since I'm always dragging my two kids with me. highly recommended. I have eaten this food since I was young and still love it. My husband was fond of another mexican rest. until I intoduced him to El Jardin. El Jardin's has the best Mexican food that we have ever ate. We currently drive over 100 miles just to eat there being we have moved out of the Brighton area. You do not find that special taste in other restraunts. We consider them the best. more

I've been going to El Jardin for over 25 years. I would not consider any other Mexician Restarant. They have a very freindly wait staff and the food is fantastic. I have never had anything bad here I like to try different items just for a change and I'm always pleased. Great food and wonderful family atmosphere. Keep up the Excellent Work I LOVE THIS PLACE.
