I have dined at El Gaucho on several occasions. It has always been an exceptional experience and the quality consistent. The wait staff is knowledgeable and quite attentive but not overbearing. The steaks are the best in town, I have had many of the steaks, all were fantastic, also try the Cesar salad made at the table side. The experience will run you some cash, about $80 per person if you have drinks. The experience was more complete when the cigar lounge was in service. more

The BEST dirty martini in town! 3/8/2005

Don't know much about the food except for the appetizers, which were fine, but going here for a dirty martini is NOT a mistake. They are the absolute best I've ever tasted. (And not to say that I've tasted *all* the dirty martinis in town, but I'll take credit where credit is due.) more
