This is worth your time to travel to Kuna. I have sat in restaurants in Mexico that had good food while saying it's not quite as good or flavorful as El Gallo Giro. That's how authentic the food is. The staff is from central Mexico (Celaya area), and boy do they know how to make sauces! They know how to take care of their customers as well. See you in Kuna. more

Very authentic. 4/7/2006

When we lived in Kuna we at El Gallo Giro at least once a month. Their food is very authentic and the prices are cheap! You get a very generous portion and if you walk away hungry it is your own fault. I have never had a bad meal there. The staff members are cheerful and quite funny! I would recommend El Gallo Giro even if you don't live in Kuna. It is especially fun in the summer when it's nice and warm outside....gives you the impression of small town America at it's finest.... :) more
