Speak to an local in the Placentia/Fullerton area over the last 20+ years and they've been to El Farolito. As most of the best Mexican restaurant gems, is a converted house turned into a restaurant fixture. Excellent, authentic Mexican good continues with strong recommendations of the carnitas & the wet pork burrito special. Homemade chips & salsa getting things started always a treat. This is the Best! 6/29/2004

If anyone likes authentic Mexican food this is the place to go! This place gets crowed, so get there early and enjoy! The salsa is spicy and the carnitas plate is awesome, along with everything else on the menu! more
