First Rate Grooming Facility! I've been bringing my combined 7 dogs and 3 cats here for over 8 years and I am VERY happy with them, especially Kerry, the owner. Everyone treats my pets with loving care, friendly, small town feeling, they know my pets' names and exactly how to cut their hair, and my long hair cats come home with gorgeous mat-free, no-shed fur (a true miracle for sure.) Kerry has improved my dogs' health by identifying a corn allergy I wasn't aware of, and recommending "Angel Eye's" food supplement that completely eliminated my dogs' eye staining problems. Once Kerry even noticed that my dogs had a serious injury in their mouth that they had been hiding from me! (My golden retrievers had chewed on some plastic fasteners that had dug into their gums over the back molars -saved the dogs from a severe infection and possible surgery.) The safety and well-being of the animals always comes first. My dogs actually enjoy going to the groomer! I highly recommend El Dorado Pet more

BEWARE of this groomer! We have visited this groomer a few times, and after this most recent time we will NEVER go back again. We took two dogs and one cat to be groomed, and the experience still brings tears to my eyes. My focus during this review will be my poor cat. Just some background, he is 18 years old and is very friendly. We took him to the groomer and they began shaving him (he is very fluffy and gets too hot in the summertime). He froze there while they were shaving him, and we stepped outside for a moment. When I looked back in the window, I saw the owner putting something on him that looked like super glue!!! I walked in and stood inside watching her to make sure she was gentle with him, because it looked like she was getting a bit rough. When they were done, they shoved him back in the crate and handed me the crate. When I asked what she put on him, she stated it was something for his for. I responded "no, it looked like super glue". Her response, "oh well, yeah, I glued more
