Saved my dog but had some huge problems with the billing. I was gouged for money when we were in a vulnerable position. During care they promised they would be flexible and even accept monthly payments. I received 1 bill stating that we would accrue monthly interest until balance was paid (which is ok). Instead my debt was immediately sent to a collection agency that charged 50 yes 50% interest! In my case the 50% was 800$ so much for working with me. more

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. DONT BEEN TURNED OFF AS YOU WALK IN THEY ARE REMODLEING. THE STAFF IS SOOO NICE AND THE VETS ARE TOO. THEY SEEMED TO REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. THE HOURS ARE GOOD, EXCEPT THEY CLOSE AT 12-1:30 FOR LUNCH. THEY DO HOWEVER TAKE WALKINS STARTING AT 2:00 AND IF YOU GET THE EARLY YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT. IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES THEY KNOW ME AND MY PET BY NAME. THE PRICES SEEM RESPONISBLE , BUT ALL VET COST SEEM VERY PRICEY. more
