El Camino Rv & Mobile Home Prk

This is a clean-quiet-enjoyable park to Live in. The big plus it is dog friendly. Before moving here I looked at many RV/Moblie Parks. The biggest issue and draw back with other Parks was the size and breed of dog. Here at this Park there are many Breeds and sizes of Dogs and the parents walk them with leash daily. The tenants are friendly. The Owner and Manager are helpful and hands on when needed. This Park is safe and clean with all the amenities-laundry room-vending machines. Close to freeway and shopping...Highly recommend!!! more

I have been looking for a mobile home park that i could call home when I am in town. I am a wholesale distributor and I like to drive my 5th wheel to the different cities that I service. more

was asked to check review of park and write my opinion. have lived here for a while. new utilities were put in a few years ago and no voltage drop on 240 volt 50 amp service or utility problems. quiet with mostly all working people and students without a bunch of traffic and druggies. havent had problems and i feel secure with my unit in the park. keeped pretty clean but has a bunch of phone and cable overhead wires thats pretty unsightly, not sure its their fault though, those are billed through the phone and cable company. anyways, for the price compared to others at this rate, i'm more than happy and see alot of people come back when their work brings them through sac. wi/fi and clean laundry room helps too. more

It's a quiet place to live and its a place where everybody knows your name. the people are friendly . people even come back once they left its kinda nice to see some of the old faces that you made friends with. the park is even pet friendly i see alot of dogs and cats.. i tell my friends about this place when they are looking for a place to stay more

My stay at this park has been wonderful since we moved in in october 2010 it is very quiet here most of the tenents here are working people or are retired people.The staff here are very nice and very outgoing they do everything they can do to make your stay a pleasant one thier rates are very affordable however long your stay is whether it be daily weekly or monthly you will have a nice place to stay they have a laundry room and also have an area here to walk your dogs.THIS PLACE IS ACES.I am a mother of 2 and my husband works nights so i am here by myself at night and I have not had any problems since we moved in this is a great park more

a very quiet place to stay, close to everything i wanted to do. street is owned by the park , owner very helpfull, Priced just right.. I would recommend this park to anyone who needs a place to put their rv for a week, month or longer, i definately enjoyed the free wifi.Also having a laundry room onsite helped us out while we were there. more

Well it is a very quiet park. i had a very nice experience living there, kinda quiet and helpful..i would stay there again.no druggies and the utilitys are brand new, great wifi and a good laundry room. courteous staff. very helpfull more

My husband and I moved to the El Camino Rv & Mobile Home Park almost three years ago. I got hired and work for the government and Aaron was very helpful finding us a space to park our travel trailer. We eventually were looking for something bigger and Aaron sold us a mobile home so we could continue our stay there. This park is a family park, quiet, no late night traffic unless someone is coming home from work, and clean. Aaron is always making improvements on the park and reaching out to help tenants when needed. I would recommend this park if you are looking for a place to stay while enjoying the river, going to the fair, or just looking for a place to relax. If you are looking for KOA this is not the place for you. There are many nearby attractions that make this park a great place to stay. There is a brand new laundry room with vending machines. more

I read the reviews and attempted to reserve a space for my first time visit to Sacramento, and this park for a 4 day, 3 nights stay. Aaron took my verbal reservation a few weeks ago and guaranteed there would be plenty of available spaces. I wanted to pay up front so that the guarantee would be more formal. He said it wouldn't be a problem. Now it is.\r I just received a phone from him stating that there is no room now because the weekly and monthly requests came in and I'm out; 4 days before we are supposed to arrive! I do appreciate the phone call but not the practice of saying there is room until the bigger money comes and then there isn't any more spots. I was even willing to pay for a full week if needed to reserve the spot for the important weekend.\r Now I am scrambling for a place to stay and the family vacation begins with a cloud of uncertainty and ill feelings.\r I would recommend avoiding "El Camino Money Talks" trailer park because of the disappointing business practice I h more

this is a real neat park to be in, and most of the people are very friendly park oriented, who most of all of them work like me, and it is a very quiet place to live and stay close, to everything nearby even the Arden mall. they have wi-fi here, and don't allow troublemakers here in the park if they come in they are told to leave.and as far as that character writing a bad review anonymous\r who refused to leave his name, probably because he was kicked out for being a bad guy, but i would reccommend this park for anyone who wants a nice to play.\r jim b more

I'm a tenant of this park, who has lived here for 2 and 1/2\r years. The people who live here pretty much mind their\r own business . Most, if not everyone who lives here are\r friendly and get along with each other. The owner of the\r park works hard to keep the park as good looking as he\r can. As far as Drugs, and the Police are concerned,anyone\r caught with illegal drugs are evicted immediately , and the\r Police only come to this park, once in a great while. Since,\r everyone who lives here are all working people, it's usually,\r if not always quiet, especially at night, when it's needed.\r Finally, this is a safe place to live, and economical too. more
