Excellent svc & excellent staff. Staff is patient & knowledgeable. Has helped me a lot.

Worst

These guys are trying to get a better reputation but they have had pretty bad service and poor inventory for years. Not recommended.

I'll be back 5/16/2012

A friendly staff who knew what they were talking about. I am brand new to black powder shooting and was loaded with questions. Not only did the guy waiting on me offer advice, but another salesman who overheard my questions come over and offer his expertise. As far as prices go they are about the same as other shops, some were even lower. My guess is the negative remarks were placed by folks who wouldn't be happy if they were hung with new rope. I'll be back more

Welcoming 4/20/2012

I'm a younger gun owner, but never had a problem with the older staff making me feel like I wasn't welcome like some reviewers have stated. In fact, I came here on the day I turned 21 to get my pistol safety certificate, and the fellow who helped me out was friendly and also patiently helped me out again two weeks later when I lost my stupid card and they had to issue me a new one. more

Came in for some 454 ammo. Although your store didn't have that type of ammo, I did get some very useful information from the clerk at the gun counter. more

Customer service was great 8/4/2011

I came in to get information on how to transfer ownership on a hand gun from my deceased father. The lady at the counter was so nice. She gave me the proper form to fill out. She went over everything with me such as make & model, I don't know much about guns. Her customer service was great! more

I came in wanting information about home defense. Dennis was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what I need to do. I'm a 65 year old vietnam vet that hasn't shot a weapon with any purpose since 1969. Thank you Dennis, I will be back. more

Browning safes are awesome! I was given a great demonstration. The video they have is sooo educational. I know I would have not made the best decision without that video. I am now the proud owner of a Browning Medalion. It's beautiful!!! more

I was pleasantly surprised at all the merchandise at this store. Of all the gun stores they have the most gun related items, safes, ammo and of coarse fire arms. Their prices are great! Staff was very helpful. more
