I'm surprised at Jessica's review. We go there quite a bit and the service has always been good and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous and the food is INCREDIBLE!! One of our favorites!! more

My family ate here tonight(6/8/08) and were so disappointed by the awful service. We are still brewing about it. The waitress did not greet us and was snappy and rude. She never cleared our plates, offered anyone refills on our drinks (we had to go to the bar to get more water and soda) and only came to our table to drop off the bill. We waited for 15 minutes with a messy table filled with plates, empty glasses and a our payment for our bill. Finally I complained to the Hostess and she said she would send the Manager over. It gets WORSE! The so called "Manager" marched over to our table and was so unprofessional and rude. He was already on the extreme defensive and would not let us explain what was wrong. I asked if he could clear our plates and..... before I could say anything else he snapped "WE ARE VERY BUSY TONGIHT AND MOST PEOPLE WOULD UNDERSTAND"! I could not believe it. This is the absolute last time we will ever go there. The Manager didn't even "get it". PS) It was NOT busy until we left!!!!!!! more

El Bee's is a Mexican restaurant located in Waterloo, NE. It has a family friendly atmosphere right down to the tootsie pops given with your ticket at the end of the meal! The restaurant has a wide variety of favorites such as tacos, chimichangas, burritos and chips with salsa. Their waitresses are quick and friendly. The drinks are HUGE and pack a punch! The cooks, those that we saw, were native Mexicans who definitely know how to prepare the food to perfection. The food was very tasty, the scent a gift to the palate and the restaurant gleamed it was so clean. Prices are extremely reasonable! I fed a family of 6 (4 teenagers) for under $50.00. That's really amazing to me! And we were all stuffed to the max. Definitely a must stop at place!! more
