Best Mexican at the Beach 4/15/2008

I love this place! They have the best chips, salsa, and white sauce. I always get the #12 chicken fajita burrito. It comes with rice or beans and guacamole salad. It is delicious and quite affordable. They have tons of seating and often host large groups. I go at least once a week. I found it is the best mexican for the smallest cost! more

Quick and Good Food 6/18/2005

This place has my vote! It's a good place to get the food and go, or stay and relax. The kids like it too. The parking lot can be bad at times, but it's worth it when your food gets to you in usually under 10 minutes ( for two). The margaritas are very good and massive. One plate of dinner will definitely fill you up. Try the cheese dip with the chips, and the Chicken Flautas. On the weekends the patio is open for outdoor dining. Head South of the Border 1/3/2003

El Azteca serves the best Margaritas not only in the city but throughout the country. I travel extensively throughout the USA and there are no bars nor restaurants anywhere that serve better quality drinks nor Nachos than those served by El Azteca (no, not even Old Town San Diego or El Paso!) ... Only Tijuana has worse service. If you are willing to deal with mediocre service, you can treat yourself to a very affordable night out on the town. Grab a few pasos and head for Margaritaville. Great place to compare "Mexican Cuties" even if you haven't a clue how they go there. Pros: BEST Margaritas, GREAT Nachos, Super Summer Patio Cons: Mediocre Service, Average atmosphere, Busy Weekends more

Good eats and very fine service 9/18/2002

El Azteca is a great place to eat on a budget. The service is very friendly. The food is always hot and brought out very quickly. It is also a great place for lunch. Fast service so you can be on your way. I give it a 10 and eat there all the time. Pros: inexspensive, clean, friendly service more
