I am very disappointed in this florist. I called to place an order for a fresh arrangement for $100.00 plus delivery charges and taxes, and the clerk said, ""how about a plant?"" I asked for fresh flowers (delivery was for saturday, 4 days away). I said it was the Millenium Biltmore Hotel, on 5th & Grand Ave. She said ""I have no idea where that is!"". Mapquest said it's 5 blocks from their florist...!! She said ""since I don't know where that hotel is, do you just want to call another florist????"" WOW....that amazed me. How rude!!! I have been in the floral business for 18 years, and cannot believe this treatment. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM. SOOO RUDE. more

Friendly Florist w/ taste! 8/27/2007

I get flowers from here all the time. There were times when I just didn't know what to get, either it was for my gf, my mom, or friends. Times like that, the florist (lady) chose the flowers and arranged them for me, and the person who got them loved them. more
