After reading the reviews, I thought I should bring some clarity to the discussion. First of, Psychiatrists are NOT Psychologists - the only interest they have on you is your chemical imbalances, and how this affects your ability to live a normal life, and of course, make sure you're not a danger to others and yourself..THAT'S IT. They didn't go to school to help you resolve your life's dilemmas or hear you telling them for one entire hour why you hate your parents - that's why Psychologists exist, this is their job. If you're expecting a Psychiatrist to be fuzzy and warm, you're in for a big disappointment. They're extremely analytical, that's what their line of work requires.
I never met the Doctor mentioned above, but my husband sees Dr. C, and I see Dr. Jarrel. and we're both very happy with our choices. Dr. Jarrel is an excellent Doctor, has followed my tx closely, adjusted medications, and she's right on the money 100% of the time. I owe her my mental sanity. As for Dr. C, my husband is pretty happy with him, as well.
The staff at White Marsh has always been great, polite, and their billing people are awesome. I had a problem w/ my insurance and they took care of everything for me. I'm glad for EHP, I love them.
