What great experience! E floors did an amazing job! We contacted them through Angie's list where they got a lot of great reviews already. Joe came out for a free estimate and emailed us the price a few days later. We thought it was very fair so we agreed to it. We have a 3 story house and got wood floors installed on the first and third floor (three rooms and three closets plus hallway) and got the second floor installed with new carpet. Additionally we got new wooden stairs. It was so much work and they had to move a lot of heavy furniture for me, but they were done within what they promised me. Everything looks like I wanted it to, I'm really happy with the results. I also trusted them enough to just leave them in the house by themself for half the day (I had to work). In the end I was also happy that the price did not exceed the estimate :) (which had happened with other company's before). I can really recommend them if you want a job done right! I also really liked that I could speak English to them (and I'm NOT an English native speaker myself) so that I could always address concerns and questions. From my experience this is hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend Joe and Efloors to anyone! more

I had them come out and install new carpet, wood and granite countertops. they installed all of it in a week and boy does it make my house look different! I worked with Abraham who was caring and came out twice during the installation just to check and make sure things were as promised. I had my friends come over after to see the work. I have recommended this company to my neighbors more

Terrible. These people sell you one thing and install another. After I insisted that the flooring they installed was not what we ordered, the owner Joe, agreed to install a new floor. Then he UPSOLD us! We felt TRAPPED so we paid for a more expensive floor, only to discover that it was easily scratched and if a drop of water is on it for 5 minutes it blisters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY more

We had our floors changed in ealry 2011 with laminate and new tiles and we were so pleased with the customer service and the end product.\r We gave them 5 stars for our experience with them 6 months later. The laminate in our bedroom started to seperate so we called Joe at Efloors. His response was prompt and his customer service was excellent. Our floors were repaired in a couple of day and the repair itself took about 5 minutes. \r Great job Eflloors!!! We would recommend Efloors to all our friends. more

I wanted to replace the carpet upstairs at my house and visited most of the carpet stores in my neighborhood (including Home Depot and Loews) but I decided to chose eFloors of SugarLand at the end. Their pricing was very competitive and Joe was very nice to work with and he did everything he can to make the whole process to run very smoothly (from selecting the carpet to completing the installations). I had squeaking floors upstairs and his installers were able to fix these problems at a small charge (most stores I visited they said I have to have contractors to come in and fix the floors before they install the carpet). Overall, I am very pleased that I chose eFloors of Sugarland and I would recommend it to everyone. more
