* Hot and Cold Breakfast Buffets. <p>**Rental Information**<br /><br />**Banquet Room**<br /><br />The Banquet Room rental fee includes an event of up to 6 hours and prior access to the room for decorating,deliveries,etc. We can Accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing and 250 for business functions. All tables,chairs and white linens are included. Colored linens and chair covers can be provided at an additional charge. Our staff handles all set up and clean up. Rental rates vary depending on the day and time of the event,please call for room rates.<br /><br />**Bar**<br /><br />You are welcome to bring in alcohol and we will provide bartenders for you. Eesley Place Banquets does not have a license to sell or distribute liquor. Your homeowners insurance policy provides you with liability coverage for drink distribution when you act as a host and alcohol is given away at no charge. We require a copy of the insurance rider taken out for the day of the event.<br /><br />**Decorations**<br /><br />You are welcome to decorate and we will try to a ccommodate any special requests that you may have. We ask that you do not use any materials that would cause damage to surfaces,such as tacks,staples,nails,etc.<br /><br />**Deposit**<br /><br />The banquet room will be held upon receipt of both the signed contract and deposit for the event. If you must cancel prior to the event,the deposit may be returned provided we are able to secure an alternative rental.</p>
