The guys at shadeland were very helpful, especially greg! He got me a ride to and from work which was a HUGE help since my wife works too and I didn't have anyone to take me to work. I had priced a few other shops before I took my odyssey into edwards and they were actually more expensive without even looking at the vehicle lol. Needless to say I'm very pleased with the workmanship that I got from edwards and I'll be returning if I ever need future repairs. more

johnny over there at shadeland actually cares about the customres, not just their cars or their wallets. he knew i didn't have much money so he fixed my car as cheap as he could he even went out there and worked on it himself when they were so busy that he didn't have a tech to work on it. he really cres about his customers and that means the world to me more

they did a pretty good job 11/20/2012

the work that edwards did on my car was fine, it took a little longer than they expected it to take but they told me they had to order some parts in for my vehicle since its an older vehicle. they did take care of me on the extra days that I had to have my rental car though. more

thank you guys at edwards our family really appreciiates everything you guys did for us. you made sure wehad a vehicl even though ours was in the shop and he got ti done quick, i don't know how my husband would have gotten to work if you guys cudlnt do it so fast. thanks again more

they took a little longer than they said they were going to, they had to special orderin some part that only the dealership could get but they were nice enough to get a rental vehicle over to the stop for me so I wasnt out of a car so that was really nice of them. more

thank you to the guys at eds shadeland. you guys made me feel okay with leaving my car with you guys and more importantly you did your best to keep the cost down on teh reair. It's truly a rare thing to find a shop who actually cares what you can and can't afford and that goes a long way with me, thanks guys. more
