Let me say first I have no love for shopping to buy a car. It's normally uncomfortable and you meet some very pushy people. Not the case with Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia. Prior to going to the dealership I did some on line investigation for the car I was looking for. They had several choices so being I lived 40 miles away I sent them an e-mail and a reply from Teddy G. came quickly. We camt to the dealership the following Monday met Teddy and bought a car. He was the consumate professional in that he was personable, knew his business, showed us what we wanted and let us make a decision. I intend to come back when my warranty demands and spend some time with Teddy. He is a likeable guy. I also received a thank you card from the President of the dealership thanking me for my business. I also a had percieved problem with the car, which turned out to be no problem at all, but in talking with the young lady in the repair facility she showed me the correct procedure. I must say she will most easy to work with.\r \r All in all it was a positive experience with Teddy, the young lady in the repair shop, which I forgot her name, and everyone I came in contact with. Rhis is a first class outfit.........thanks...................! more

I went to Lake Manawa Nissan Kia because I had read on the Internet that many customers had great encounters with them. I did not have a safe vehicle so Randy picked me up in one of the models I was interested in. When I called to ask if they had the car I wanted, Randy answered the phone and he was so nice. I never bought a new car before so I was excited and nervous but Randy helped me through it and I am glad he did. Randy and Mark both went out of their way to make the whole process easy and they made me feel like a valued customer. Rob in finance was also wonderful. He really helped be with financing and went through my credit union which I already bank with, so it was convenient for me. All of these gentlemen were helpful and I felt at ease because of them, Initially, I believed I could not get a new car but I ended up leaving with my dream vehicle. Thank you so much! I love my new car! more

Overall my experience was good. I traded off my old Nissan for a newer Nissan Titan truck. I called and talked to Teddy G about what I wanted and they were able to find me one at an auction within a few days. I thought the price was fair and so the deal was made. The things that went wrong were that the mileage was mistated by a few hundred miles - an oversite because the odometer was on one of the A or B screens and not the overall true mileage rating. I guess anyone could have done that. Also, while we were signing the papers, we were told they would fill the tank with gas - and half way home i noticed it was still at 25% - not sure what happened... And last - it took 34 days to get the title sent to the court house so that I could get it registered. I was technically driving illegal for a few days. So - three small things that made me frustrated - But i was still able to get the truck i wanted at a fair price and Teddy was good to us. more

Worst sales staff ever high pressure sales. Even after i said i was just looking the manager came over and tried to get me to buy. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere. I went to H&H Kia and got a better deal plus was treated very well. more

Lied to me and wasted my time 11/20/2010

I called them from Lincoln to see if they had the car I wanted. They said they did and quoted a price $2,000 dollars higher than all competitors. I asked them why and they said it was because of their OPTIONAL protection package (Scotch-guarding, wax, etc for $1,995) was figured into that price. They assured me the protection package was OPTIONAL and quoted me a price without the protection package that was the same as every other dealer's MSRP sticker price. Because they assured me the protection plan was optional, I made a 75 mile trip to buy one of their vehicles. When I got to the dealership I made an offer to buy for FULL MSRP! Then, half way through the buying process, a sales manager came over and told me that I could have any other car on the lot I wanted at MSRP, but the $2,000 protection plan was mandatory on the vehicle I wanted and that vehicle only. Of course, I walked out. The out of town trip and the time I spent at the dealer totaled about 8 hours of my life I'll never get back. If they had not lied to me on the phone, I never would have made the trip. I guess they thought I would be stupider in person that I was on the phone. It's pretty bad when you are sitting there with your check book out getting ready to pay for a vehicle in full at MSRP and you still can't drive the thing home. Bad location, dishonest staff and $2000 mandatory optional protection packages that only apply to the vehicle you are trying to buy. In short, the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Do not risk buying here. Something tells me if I had bought from them I would have regretted it later. more

I was a past customer from years ago. I got a new referral from a good friend, Mary, who recommended Teddy G. I had no idea what a pleasure it would be to work with him. He went above & beyond the call of a salesman! He asked me a few questions about what kind of vehicle I wanted and after looking at his inventory he realized he had the perfect vehicle for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge on everything. It was the first and ONLY car I looked at & test drove. I was not expecting to go home with a new/used car that day, but I am very happy I did. I bought a Kia Rondo & I have never owned a crossover vehicle before & I love it. I felt like Teddy had the right answer for all of my questions. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own & being a single mother, I felt like I was treated absolutly amazing, not only by Teddy, but the whole staff! more

by far the best 10/8/2010

Having purchased three cars from Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia, we felt very comfortable doing it again. But I have to say, this was by far the best and easiest purchase we have made yet. If Clint is not the best car salesman we have ever met, we would love to meet the person that is. He spent several hours with us, and was very helpful in helping us decide what it was that we were looking for. He uses no pressure tactics, and his sense of humor made what can be a stressful experience into a fun experience. We would definitely buy another car there, and we would recommend Clint to any of our friends! more

Teddy Graybill was an outstanding salesperson. We originally contacted him regarding a used Nissan Rogue we saw online. I was out of town and by the time I came back the vehicle had been sold. Teddy creatively found a way to get me into a new Rogue and kept the price at one I was comfortable with. It was a better price than any other dealer would give me. He's upfront and worked hard to come to the terms I needed on the purchase. He was diligent in making sure all I needed was taken care of even though some required some creative solutions on his part. Look over your docs carefully but if there are any discrepancies, Teddy will make sure it gets straightened out. LOVE my Rogue and LOVE Teddy. Giving Teddy an A+++ more

WONDERFUL customer service! 9/28/2010

Doug was very helpful and did what he can to provide as much as information and help as possible without making us not being able to make our own decision and not being pushy and making this car buying especially used a little bit easier we were in and out in very short time and got WONDERFUL customer serivce felt very comfortable and will be recommended family friends to doug . I cannot express how great it felt to come out of there feeling like we made the best decision possible . Obviously with used cars you never know what you may get but i think doug helped us get the best for the little money we had. more
