I want to express my complete satisfaction with Edwards Appl. for the very Professional and extremely courteous and always going the extra mile in striving to please and insure that our experience with the purchase of and delivery of the Appliances we have purchased over the years has always been the very BEST! There staff of Sales people Joe, Lee & Bill always steered us in the best direction and the Delivery men were also very helpful and polite and very professional as well. We are very grateful that they truly care about us the customer! more

We have learned over the years that these guys know there stuff. They have saved us from ourselves on several occasions, and steered us in the right direction. They have earned our trust and our business. It seems we used to stop there last, now we head there first. P.S. Love the cat! more

Best Prices anywhere 10/6/2008

Been shopping around for a refrigerator than decided to stop at edwards. The sales people are great and there pricing was fantastic. Beat Lowes and Home depot by 100 Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable sales people more

Uniformed sales people 8/5/2008

These guys are nothing but price choppers - they send people to places like rosas on Union road to seee the products and to have the salespeople point the customer in the right direction, They than take the price and cut it a few dollars, not even enough to compensate you for your time or gas Cons: minimal discount n ot worth the trouble more

Outstanding Customer Service 12/30/2007

I have been going to Edwards Appliances for almost 20 years. Their service and knowledge of product has never wavered from outstanding. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive with the larger chains. I won't go anywhere else for major appliances because I know I won't get the quality and service anywhere else like I do at Edwards. more
