we bring our trucks to edwards becaause they repair them quickly and keep us on the road. When we have issues john or greg have always worked with us on them which we really appreciate! more

the new manager ernie is really nice! he got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment and was able to change the fluid in my transmission in a little over an hour. my sunfire is running soooo much better now and he even gave me a discount! What more oculd you ask for??? more

very friendly and very fast they understand that some customers dont have a lot of time to wait. they had me in within fiveminutes of showing up to the shop and had the transmission serviced on my mini within the hour more

I came in for a service on my odyssey and the guys there had my vehicle serviced and back on the road in about an hour and a half. I had to take an exended lunch break but it was much faster than all the times ive been to the dealer and way cheaper!! more

It was nice to be able to go to a repair shop and not have the mechanics look down on me becuase I'm a woman, Greg was very friendly and answered all my questions wihtout hesitation. It seems like a lot of these shops have a double standard for women but not at edwards, these guys are great regardless!!! more

The guys at shadeland were very helpful, especially greg! He got me a ride to and from work which was a HUGE help since my wife works too and I didn't have anyone to take me to work. I had priced a few other shops before I took my odyssey into edwards and they were actually more expensive without even looking at the vehicle lol. Needless to say I'm very pleased with the workmanship that I got from edwards and I'll be returning if I ever need future repairs. more

the guys at the shhop were very helpful, the diagnostic ended up taking about an extra half an hour because they had to do an extended checkout but they were able to fix the car the same day so im happy. thanks! more

johnny over there at shadeland actually cares about the customres, not just their cars or their wallets. he knew i didn't have much money so he fixed my car as cheap as he could he even went out there and worked on it himself when they were so busy that he didn't have a tech to work on it. he really cres about his customers and that means the world to me more

At first I wasn't very impressed with edwards, they said that they fixed the car but it was only fixed for a few days. I had to take the car back and leave it with them for a couple of hours but I have to say at this point I am very impressed with their customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience as soon as I got there and had someone ready to take me back home while they fixed the car. the car was fixed within hours and has been great sinec, they also gave me a coupon for a free service as an apology. I believe everyone deserves second chances and edwards proved that just because someone makes a mistake doesn't mean that they don't know what they are doing. more
