Not available after 3pm! 8/1/2009

This company was sent to our house in response to a home warranty claim. They were quick to respond, but difficult to schedule a time. My husband and I work full time and this company was not available to do repairs after 3pm. When one of us did have an unexpected day off we could not get them to call us back to schedule the repair. Cons: Not available after 3pm more
