Shoddy work; cheap parts; verbally abusive 9/21/2011

Ed replaced catalytic converter and muffler. Missed putting in one of the sensors. When I complained and asked that he fix it at no charge, he started screaming at me that I was trying to rip him off; that "God is going to get you" and bad things were going to happen to me because I was making him live up to his guarantee. After he "fixed" it, the work still wasn't right and i had to get my regular mechanic to fix it. He said that the workmanship was very shoddy, the sensor they installed had failed and the parts were very cheap versions. more
