The reason I eat Mexican food in Colorado is for the green chile sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was not good at Ed's Cantina. I was also very annoyed to have to pay extra for chips and salsa. The only thing I enjoyed on my combo plate was my taco, which was made with a shreddred pork. That had a very good flavor. Everything else (burrito with green chile sauce and cheese enchilada) was blah!
