We are always pleased with the service.

Worst

When the sale was final, sales staff told me ALL maintenance is covered for 50,000 miles or 5 years. Not true.

Where do I start. They did everything they said they were going to do. They have a great product (2011 Sonata). Just an over all great experience!!! more

Run as fast as you can from Edmond Hyundai! 4/18/2011

I've had some car buying experiences in my life (good and bad) but this one had to be in the top two worst experiences I've had (the other was David Stanley). This dealership went out of it's way to be dishonest and unethical...it's as if they tried (versus it being a miscommunication). Also, beware of the positive comments in here because a colleague of mine was approached by this dealership to write a positive rating in exchange for the dealership cooperating with her on their advertised price (in other words, we'll back off of our unethical practice and do the ""right thing"" if you'll not tell anyone how awful we've been to you and write a fake positive review). Run, run, run! There are ethical dealerships out there who will do you right. Edmond Hyundai, however, is not one of them. more

Edmond Hyundai sucks, Hyundai is a sucky car company period, the cars fall apart and they always find an excuse the it's never covered under the bs warranty more

Buying Car For 16-Year-Old 11/11/2010

Went to Edmondd Hyundai to get my daughter a USED car for her 16th birthday. We went to Edmond Hyundai since they had what she and her mother and I were looking for a 2007 Toyota Corolla. I was hoping to stay within my price range when I went there, but was scared the salesmen were going to try to up me on price, but I was wrong. Terrence, our salesman, helped us out and got us a great deal on the vehicle so my daughter and my pockets were happy. I recommend you going here... they will work with you on price and have excellend customer service. more

They have incredible customer service, there is a reason they have so many happy customers. David Patel is really focused on good customer service. I would definately recommend this dealership!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Great Selection, Great Prices Cons: They ran out of Sprite more

edmond hyundai, i went knowing i was upside down about $8k i went to 2 to 3 other dealers before and had been told about my car was not worth what i owed, i went to eh and they asked a few simple questions i filled out a short credit app, and they showed about 4-5 different cars that would work for me, i didnt have any money down and they still put me in a nicer,newer car and kept my payments close to the same, i am a happy buyer and i will recommend this place to my friend and family... Pros: service,selection, and pricing Cons: the time it takes more
