I would give you company a 10 out of 10 from the first call to the end of the installation your company gave us excellent service. The tech Steve Okros was very nice and knowledgeable. The techs Mike Duffy and Mike Donovan did an excellent job these men are a credit to your company. more

High quality work 8/30/2014

They have installed a new heating system in our house. From the begining they set the right tone. The consultant arrived right on time and walked me through all the alternatives. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. The installers arrived right on time on the next day and completed the job as promised. Whenever I called them, they took the time to answer all my questions. I am surely going to call them again for all household cooling and heating projects. Thanks, more

Outstanding 8/26/2014

Edison Heating and Cooling is very professional. We hired them to replace all of our units (furnace and air conditioner) and they did a fantastic job. Everything was clean and the guys were friendly and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. They did an incredibly neat job. more

We started using Edison Heating and Cooling when they were a brand new company and have been very pleased with the service ever since. We've installed three heating and cooling systems with them and have been very satisfied with the quality of the products and service. Everybody on the staff is outstanding. They're all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. more

Edison Heating and Cooling has been a pleasure to work with and I am very satisfied with the outcome of their work. I have used them several times, most recently at my own business where I had two AC units installed, and I am very happy about the outcome there. Everytime I have used them, the install technicians showed up promptly and on time, worked efficiently to get the job done on time and overall their demeanor was very courteous and polite. I have no complaints about the work they have done for me and I would absolutely use them again in the near future if needed be. I also would like to recommend Edison Heating and Cooling to anybody else in the local area or in the market for a new HVAC system. These guys really know what they are doing and you will not be disappointed by the outcome of their work. more

I'm VERY happy with the CARRIER DUCTLESS A/C but even more impressed with the diligence and professionalism of Ed and Nico and their supervisors who worked tirelessly until the installation was... 7/20/2014

Ed and Nico arrived early and worked diligently for the whole day (on a Friday) to install a Carrier Ductless A/C unit. The electrician completed the wiring and everything was set but the unit didn't turn on. I've never seen anyone work so hard to troubleshoot the problem; they worked for hours, reviewing the wiring and steps with their supervisors via cell phone. Unfortunately there was a problem and a new unit was not received from Carrier until that Monday but the company provided us with two window units for the weekend. Ed and Nico returned to complete the installation of a new unit but there was still a problem! Two supervisors came to figure it out and discovered that the problem was with the factory!!! They fixed the wiring issue (Carrier didn't connect a wire!) and the unit has been working very well ever since. I'm VERY happy with the CARRIER DUCTLESS A/C but even more impressed with the diligence and professionalism of Ed and Nico and their supervisors who worked tirelessly until the installation was complete and working properly. more
