To sum it all up - HORRIBLE! First of all this shop has awful customer service and the owner is a complete moron.I can't believe this shop even had good reviews. Who the hell wrote those? My car looked great, but dealing with the two fat cows in the office was another perspective. How the hell do they run that business? Seriously, I pity all the workers because dealing with her as a customer sucked, I can't imagine how working for her would be. Overall, quality was ok, but the customer service was a piece of sh*t. more

Horrible customer service 6/7/2007

Be careful of this shop. The most annoying things is bad customer service and not being considerate. I won't go there for ever! Try other shop if you have other options. more
