I took my new wedding band into Edinger's to get resized. I bought the ring in Nashville and they made 1/4 size bigger but it still didn't quite fit. The gentleman took my ring to resize it and brought it back with a solid crack in it. He told me he would repair it for free and I could pick it up later that day. I said that I would pick it up the next day.The next day I came back and couldn't believe my eyes. The crack had a big glob of metal on it and it looked horrible. The woman (Mrs. Ediger) apologized and had her husband buff and shine the ring immediately. The ring look just okay after that. There was a discoloration and distortion where the crack was repaired and I could feel a large bump in the ring. Not wanting to deal with them anymore, I took the ring and left. After a few more visits by my fiancee and myself, Ediger's standard of poor service just got worse. Ultimately they repaired the ring to the best of their ability at no cost.
