Excellent customer service and amazing arrangements 7/19/2010

I always use the Edible Arrangements on Beverly Blvd. Not only are they the only Kosher Certified store but they always go the extra mile to help me out. I'm a very busy person and I tend to wait to the last minute. Last Friday I called Edible Arrangements and asked them if they could deliver an arrangement to me with 2 hours, before Shabbis began. The sweet customer sevice girl said that would be no problem she would take good care of it for me and sure enough within 2 hours I had a beautiful centerpeice for our Shabbis dinner. The family loved it, the fruit was incredibly sweet and it was beautiful to look at. Pros: Kosher, top quality products, phenomenal service more

The arrangements are nice, but the fruit is NOT WASHED 1/24/2008

I have received and sent several arrangements in the past, however I never will send another again. I received one recently and just decided to wash one of the strawberries before I ate it and I was absolutely disgusted at the amount of dirt that came off of it. I didn't even want to eat the chocolate covered ones because I knew that they weren't washed and then just covered in chocolate. I thought that it might be a fluke and it was just the one I had, but another person I knew who had just received one said the same thing. Pros: Dirty Fruit, questionable cleanliness in general Cons: Nice looking gifts more

Fruit very fresh, great service 6/29/2007

I ordered a several large chocolate-dipped strawberry bouquets for a party and they were a blast. The berries were gorgeous and they came right on time and really got things going. Will order from them again. Pros: Gorgeous fruit, great service Cons: none - will order again more

What a great idea! 7/6/2006

We had a housewarming party and used them for our catering/ centerpiece. It was beautiful! Everyone was so amazed at this new product! It was not only beautiful, but juicy and sweet too! I am going back just to try the Chocolate strawberries! I highly recommend Edible Arrangements for all party needs! I can't wait to plan our next party! more
