0 for 2! I have now twice tried to utilize this business's services. Both times the customer service has been terrible - and unfortunately, I was dealing with the owner. The first time, I was scheduled to pick up an order later in the afternoon and called to let them know that I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving very close to closing. I was informed that the establishment closed promptly at 6:00 and that she would not be waiting. I don't recall ever being treated this rudely by the owner of an establishment! And I had already paid for the order! (To her credit - she forgave me the 5 minutes and was waiting at the door with the arrangement.) My second experience occurred when I came in to buy some of the fruit bowls. The phone was ringing as I entered and she announced to me that she was going to answer it... She had a lengthy conversation with someone about a problem with their order and continued to trouble shoot and problem solve while I waited...and waited. Finally, I put the fruit back and left. Does a business owner seriously not realize that the priority goes to the customer who has bothered to walk in the door? I love this product and have ordered from their website many times. How disappointing that the local franchise owner hasn't bothered to learn the most basic of customer service skills. I won't bother patronizing the store again.
