Edible Arrangements

This has to be one of the poorest ran business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. First they accept payment on my order then they can't find it the day it was to be delivered. Then they try to say they will have it delivered by 9pm, when I was told it would be delivered the afternoon of the 14th. Their explanation was they had over 200 deliveries and only 10 drivers, that is a little over 20 deliveries per driver and the delivery was only 15 miles away. When I decide to change the delivery address as my wife would not be at the original address past 4:30 I was told by Chris (employee) he would deliver it to the new address by 7pm even if he had to drive it their himself. It is now 8:47 and no delivery. Thank you edible Arrangements for messing me over on V-day. more

What I ordered looked nothing like what is shown on the website. They should be embarressed to let it go out their door. Their excuse was that it's a busy time of year. If they can't handle being busy they've got big problems and don't deserve any business at all. Cons: Can't arrange fruit more
